Can your pancreas ....?

Well me and my friend sled was talking about this game she knows her friends do it at preschool it calls the pancreas Choking game its were you wrap your hands around your pancreas and you choke it till it cant breath but i said you cant hold it cause it shoots out poison ivy.. i heard the poison ivy part from my Mother when i was younger so does it really shoot out poison ivy
