What are some inexpensive ways to increase the speed of my electric E-Z-GO TXT Freedom SE?

All answers are appreciated. I desulphated one battery because it wasn't keeping it's charge and operating well under load. I was trying to find the governor and how to remove it, but I'm not having any luck. Could I remove that? Also, are there any inexpensive ways that I can increase its speed? THANK YOU!
