MR. PANCREAS, WHAT DO YOU DO?

Yes, I know he produces insulin, but what I really want to know is how he helps with digestion. What types of enzymes does he release into the duodenum, and how does he work with his friends Mr. Liver and Gally the Gallbladder to digest food? Anything would be very helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
