Anyone have any tricks to conceiving?

My husband and I have been married for a little over two years now and we have decided to add to our family. We've been trying for eight months to get pregnant with no luck so here's my question: Anyone know of any little tricks that could help to increase my chances?? I want nothing more than to be a mother so any advice that has worked for you is much appreciated
