Pls kindly give me some suggestion.....My friend is in a really pathetic situation?

Why does the husband even thinking of remarrying? What if he himself was the doctor and got that HIV, will his family ask him to divorce the wife because they don't want wife to catch HIV from their son. If they think the girl is clean, why there even thoughts of leaving her. She needs more support not abandoning and creating more problems for her. If the guy really cared about her, this question would never be asked here in Yahoo answers anyway. The guy should be there till the end, and make things lovely for her as its gonna be tough for her. She needs the family.
