I was molested as a child. How can I cope with this problem?

Hi. I'm a 20 year old male. When I was about 9 years old, I was sexually molested by my male cousin who was around 15 or 16. I didn't know what was going on at the time. I have not told anyone about it and I can't keep it inside me forever. I think it'd make me feel better If was to talk to people who have shared the same tragedy during their childhood. But I'm not sure if such groups exist. Can you help?
