Just need some idea for my friend _really tragic situation?

My friend got married last year she is a doctor by profession.both really love each other. but what tragedy happend was when she was found to be pregnant she was also found to be havin HIV . This is for sure she got it because of a needle prick when she was handlin a patient in trauma(accident).her husband wants to live with her and they had their child last month . child is quite safe and her husband is also negative. eventhough her husband wants to live with her as a friend.he is not willin to remarry. his family members are forcin him to remarry. he is just postponin it. what should my freind do now? she just said me this last week..she is mad on her husband.. some one please some thin
