Cat periodically vomit and lost appetite?

Done the blood test a month ago, doc said nothing abnormal but contain slightly high pancreas enzynme. till now my cat has lost appetite and refuse to eat and drink very litter. Only food he take it the vitamin paste. How? need to do xray or further check? How mush it will cost?
