Pain under left ribcage?

like where ur pancreas is. it comes and goes and it's very very dull. The thing is i get really anxious over medical stuff and am a total hypo and this is really freaking me out. I imagine crazy things like pancreatic cancer, even though i know that it's impossible because i'm 13, have no family history of it, not a diabetic, obviously dont smoke or drink, etc. whadduya think?
