Neuro endecrine tumour spread after op how long do people live?

I had a whipples op 2 year ago for neuro endocrine tumour in my pancreas (cancer ) Ive just been told its spread to my liver Im on sandostin injections as I get dumping syndrome and flushes I am worried what happens next
