I am sorry I cannot read your scan but I can tell you that I was having these same symptoms and it was all female related. I had a tumor in my uterus that was causing me to have the same symptoms. Since yours started after you had your child and you have exhausted all other possibilities then I would see the Gynecologist. I ended up having a hysterectomy and that cured by chronic sickness.
