How can i publish my graphic art style Diary?

ok, so i started this Diary a LONG time ago... around the age of 14 (i am now 21)... my diary has brought me through the toughest times in my life... and its been there for me when no one else had... it talks of growing up...love...heartbreak...tragedies... life... and finding clarity...mostly its a romance... although i am a little afraid that i may be a tad childish in the beginning of my diary (i started it at 14 so OF COURSE i'm childish ha ha) but i'm afraid that will throw people off of it.... but still, i wanted to figure out a way to possibly publish it. Thing is, the way i wrote it, was sort of not like any other Diaries, you see, i draw in them... so its sort of became a graphic novel/Diary as it came along. And i wanted it to stay that way. i don't want to change anything, because i've meticulously drew and pasted things and its the ART that makes my diary enjoyable to read. you see ive lent it to a couple of my friends for feedback, and they've said its the art that makes it fun to read. but, i'm afraid if i get it officially published, my art will be taken away, and that's what i DON'T want. how would i be able to publish this Diary as is? nitty and gritty and all that fun that makes it... MY diary. its Unique you know? and... i'd like to keep that way. is it even possible to do that? to make a diary like mine come to life and get it published and sold to the public? please help.... if your a book publisher and would like to answer some questions for me...contact me here at my email Risabella_amor@yahoo.com or comment below :) thank you for reading. <3
