How do I get donations for medical bills?

I am 38 years old and I have had pancreatitis 19 times. I now need my pancreas taken out which is very expensive plus food gas and lodging. I have no idea where to start asking for help. I have had to ask for so much help with my two girls (17&10) i feel like i am taking advantage of my family. I have pancreas divism I do not drink. My surgery is in like 2 months I NEED HELP!!!
