My 14 year old beagle shakes when she sits.?

She has hypothyroidism and is on meds for it. I check her blood work regularly and its ok. though her last bloodwork came back with high triacylglycerols. I now give her milk thistle for it. Which could mean her pancreas isnt working too good I think. Any other ideas. I'm going back to the vet in a couple of days.
