Of course there is nothing wrong, and if anyone is possibly looking down on your because of CF then they are simply shallow and the people your don't want anyway. Keep looking. Your not that old to have not had a girlfriend. Keep looking, the perfect girl will come along and she will be all you've ever looked for. Good luck!
