Help! My dog keeps screaming EVERY morning!?

Do not give him human food, because you have to be the leader at all times. He has to trust you especially now when there are storms and tornadoes, he can't be the leader, it's in every dogs nature to have one. but try a dog coach maybe he's just insecure, a coach should see what's wrong with him more than the vet, maybe it's not a disease but something in his head. If you can't afford a coach, try watching dog whisperer, it's a coach who's helping dogs with paranoia and stuff like that. Ofcourse I'm not a coach or a vet but I'm just trying to help, good luck:)
