Stephen Anderson where r u?

Looking for a Stephen Anderson who has a step brother named Noel. In around 1977 his family lived in Aspley in Brisbane, Qld. My mother Dianne Lynch and Stephen once lived together around 1976 at The Grange in Brisbane, Qld. I have been searching for him for the past 14 years with no luck. If anyone can help pls do.
