I cant eat or drink without puking help!?

I cant eat anything but toast and Parmesan noodles it all started last night at my Grad party I ate some cheese and pasta that was just laying out for hours but I have Chrones disease no one else got sick except for me and the area where my stomach, pancreas hurts badly so bad that I try to stay a sleep not even a heating pad will help only staying in hot water will I need help my puke is clear with like yellow stuff but now its just clear and like brownish stomach stuff now and my Aunt works for a doctor and said a bunch of people were coming in with the same symptoms and had the stomach flu but I never ever get sick and I can only drink Sprite
