Is it possible to survive having this much cancer?

i had, a brain tumor, Glioblastomas, think i spelled that right, along with cancer in my kidneys, liver, spinal cord, lungs, pancreas and was making its way to the base of my neck... I would of thought with this much cancer the person would be dead.
